  • Land Only package does not include roundtrip flight from the U.S. to Athens, Greece or airport transfers

  • -Passports are required to enter Italy and must not be within 6 months of the expiration date. 

    -If you select the LAND ONLY PACKAGE, you are required to make your own flight arrangements and airport transfers. When making your own flight arrangements, you must pay close attentions to dates. You should schedule your flight to ARRIVE in Athens, Greece on June 29th, 2024. This means you must fly out of the United States on June 28th, 2024. You should also schedule your departure flight from Athens, Greece for July 7th, 2024.

    -You will be flying into Athens, Greece (ATH)

    -We suggest and recommend all attendees should arrive into Athens by 1 p.m.

    -Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment.

    -Provided full payment is received no later than your Final Payment Due date, travel documents, itineraries and travel instructions will be sent via email 30 days or earlier prior to travel.

  • -When making your reservations, you can choose to pay in full or select our convenient payment plan. You will have the option to make manual payments or have payment automatically deducted from your account each month based on the day you book your trip. Please note that when opting out of automatic billing, you are still required to make a monthly payment of at least $100 per person to keep your reservation current.

    -If you choose the auto monthly payment plan, you will receive monthly notices when your payment is due.

    -If you miss two monthly payments, your reservation will be cancelled. If you are having trouble keeping up with your monthly payments, please email info@jauntsandgems.com

  • -Things happen and even airlines give you a refund within 24 hours. So, your deposit is refundable up to 72 hours after booking. Beyond that, it is non-refundable.

    -ALL payments to Jaunts and Gems are non-refundable and non-transferable. This is because Jaunts and Gems has contractual agreements with the hotels and other vendors that will not allow us to obtain any refunds. This helps to keep the package prices low and allow you to make monthly payments on your trip. In the event that Jaunts and Gems has to cancel a trip due to forces of nature beyond our control, we will provide a travel credit to use for a future Jaunts and Gems Getaway or individual trip. If you purchase travel insurance, you will need to review their terms and conditions for refunds.

    -Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

    -Prices are subject to change without notice.

    -You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.

    -Your selected roommate(s) should make their reservations within 30 days of your reservation. If not, your reservations will be adjusted to currency occupancy and price will change.
